Do you want Quality Documentation produced by Professional Technical Writers at a reasonable price?
Well, you have come to the right place. We have over fourteen years Technical Writing experience in creating documentation for some of the largest corporations and government institutions.
These companies span a broad range of business environments that include the following industries: IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, Process Systems, Retail and Tertiary Institutions.
Project Duration not Contract Term
We have introduced a new concept into Technical Writing projects that is designed to save you money and headaches; we call it - Project Duration. In the past you had basically 3 ways to resolve your Technical Writing needs:
- Hire a full-time writer (includes, holiday pay, sick pay, Long Service Leave and absorbing down-time)
- Hire a contract writer on a lump sum contract - okay as long as the writer does not have to pad the price to cover unknowns
- Hire a contract writer on hourly rates for a specified contract term
The last 2 options usually mean dealing through an agent which typically adds between 10 to 30 percent to the cost of the writer.
Our Project Duration concept means we offer 3 advantages over our competitors:
- Reasonable rates
- No agent's fees
- No Fixed Term contract

Automating this activity almost eliminates errors due to staff boredom and greatly increases the speed that the work is completed.
We also have experience in setting up intranets using SharePoint 3.0.

Hourly Rates
We work on an hourly rates basis and can provide you with a rate that is very competitive.
On Site / Off Site
We can work either at your site or from our site.
When working for you remotely from our site, we initially meet with you to discuss your documentation needs, set the project in motion and get familiar with the application or the project to be documented.
If we are documenting an application, we can use either a standalone copy of the application on our machines (either Windows or MAC) or we use a Remote Login to your site (the preferred alternative) to gain access to the application and relevant files.
The project can be monitored by you frequently either from the files on your server (Remote Login) or over the internet via our website or via an FTP site: you maintain complete control.
Further meetings at your site can be arranged as required.
This process removes the need for you to provide a work location, equipment and software for the Technical Writer.
Our Equipment / Your Equipment
We can provide our equipment (hardware and software) at your site or from our office.
Short Term / Long Term
We are happy with short term projects, that is, projects of 1 to 4 weeks duration.
Short Term / Recurring
If you have a short term recurring project, then talk to us. You do not need to have someone employed permanently to cover these situations.
Pick up the phone or email us to discuss your project's needs: there is no obligation.
