Our History
Our company has over fourteen years experience in the Technical Writing field, creating sophisticated documentation for large corporations, tertiary education institutions and small family businesses.
IT Industry
When writing for the IT industry we work closely with Business Analysts and Senior Programmers, and have created User Manuals, Procedure Manuals, Release Notes, Major Enhancements and Online Help for various software packages using RoboHelp, AuthorIT and Adobe Acrobat.
Engineering and Automotive Industries
Working side by side with senior engineers, designers and drafts-people, we have created complex User Manuals, Procedure Manuals and Functional Specifications for the Engineering Industry and the Automotive Industry.
Banking and Financial Services
Working with accountants and senior staff, we have created User Guides for the Banking and Financial Services Industries.

Microsoft Office
Our experience with Microsoft Office products is second to none, having created numerous documents using Microsoft Word and Excell. We are experienced using Microsoft Office 1997-2003, Micorsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office 2008 (MAC). We have also created complex scripts using Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) relating to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
